Reset AI usage counters for every workspace

Zeroes the current AI usage period across all workspaces and records the supplied `reason`. Platform admins only, and deliberately global — prefer the per-workspace reset unless a platform-wide correction is intended. Send an `Idempotency-Key` header to make retries safe; a replay within the window returns the original response.

Draft an enterprise deal

Creates a draft deal for a workspace with the enterprise plan's limits as the starting point. One open deal per workspace.
